1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of BillDeskia, BillDeskca, the BillDeskia website, mobile applications, web dashboards, APIs, and related services. By using BillDeskia, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

BillDeskia provides tools for invoice creation, customer and payment tracking, document uploads, storage, GST-ready reporting, CA collaboration, office staff access, messaging, and subscription management. Features may vary by plan, platform, region, and account type.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for the accuracy of account, business, CA office, GST, PAN, and billing information you provide.
• You must keep passwords, OTPs, devices, and account access secure.
• You may not access another user's account, client data, CA office, or documents without authorization.
• CA office staff seats and client access must be used only by authorized people.

4. User Content and Documents

You retain responsibility for invoices, customer records, purchases, expenses, bank statements, documents, messages, and other content you create or upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload and share that information through BillDeskia.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans, storage add-ons, staff seats, or client bundle add-ons may be billed monthly or through app stores. App store subscriptions are managed by Google Play or Apple according to their policies. Prices, limits, included features, and availability may change with notice or as displayed in the app or website.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use BillDeskia for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
• Do not upload malicious files, attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
• Do not misrepresent tax, billing, GST, PAN, invoice, or payment information.
• Do not use BillDeskia to violate privacy, intellectual property, or data protection rights.

7. Tax and Accounting Disclaimer

BillDeskia helps organize invoices, uploads, and reports, but it is not a substitute for professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. Users and CA offices remain responsible for reviewing records, filings, calculations, reports, and compliance decisions.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to keep BillDeskia reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillDeskia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses caused by inaccurate user-provided data, device issues, third-party services, app stores, network failures, or unauthorized account access.
