BillDeskia provides invoicing, document upload, GST-ready reporting, CA collaboration, and subscription management tools for business owners, CA offices, tax consultants, and their staff. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use BillDeskia, BillDeskca, the BillDeskia website, and related dashboards or services.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

• Account information such as name, phone number, email, password hash, and verification status.
• Business or CA office information such as business name, office name, GST number, PAN number, state, and address.
• Billing and subscription information such as plan, store product identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, and purchase metadata from RevenueCat, Google Play, or Apple.
• Invoice, customer, payment, purchase, expense, report, document, and bank statement information you create or upload.
• CA collaboration data such as client invites, document review status, internal notes, messages, staff membership, and audit activity.
• Technical information such as device type, app version, IP-derived region, logs, error reports, and authentication/session details.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and secure user accounts, verify phone numbers, and manage login sessions.
• To provide invoicing, reporting, document storage, CA collaboration, and messaging features.
• To process and sync subscriptions, entitlements, storage limits, and add-ons.
• To provide customer support, troubleshoot bugs, detect abuse, and improve app reliability.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help operate BillDeskia, including cloud hosting, document storage, OTP delivery, payment/subscription processing, analytics, support, and security services. Business owners may choose to share data with CA offices or tax consultants through BillDeskia collaboration features.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Mobile subscriptions may be processed by Google Play, Apple, and RevenueCat. We receive subscription status, product identifiers, entitlement information, renewal status, and related transaction metadata. We do not receive or store full card numbers from app store purchases.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account, billing, invoice, document, and collaboration data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. You may contact us to request account deletion or data assistance, subject to applicable legal and accounting requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including authentication, access controls, encrypted transport, and restricted operational access. No system is perfectly secure, so users should also protect their devices, passwords, and OTPs.

8. Children

BillDeskia is intended for business, accounting, and tax-related use. It is not intended for children.
